the hotel's position across from the beach is good. it is near appealing restaurants. the bar inside offers various drinks and food. i found a lovely meal there one evening.
i noticed a small discrepancy between the price quoted online and the final bill.

dirty balcony leaking shower
the location across from the beach was acceptable.
I found cobwebs and bird markings on the balcony. It seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned. the shower head also leaked, and it was necessary to tighten it. a mark above the sliding door looked like someone had smeared a bug, it was quite off-putting.

sea view easy access great location
the location was great, directly on the sea front. the room faced the sea, so i had a lovely view. easy access from the car park was a plus.
the shower had a cracked tile, which needs some attention. i also saw some hairs in the shower.

The location is great next to the beach! The check-in process was simple and quick. The staff during breakfast were very helpful. I appreciate their service.
The room lacked character and felt dated. The table on the balcony was filthy. It clearly had not been cleaned. Tissues were not replenished. The tissue box was empty.
